Do my customers count toward the price?
No. Customers, posts, votes and comments are unlimited on both plans. You pay for your team's plan, never for how many people give you feedback.
Who counts as a team member?
Everyone who works in the dashboard: owners and admins, plus the invitations still pending. Free has 3, Pro 20.
How is AI use counted?
By what the AI reads and what it writes for you. A post or a comment counts once when the AI reads it, whatever it does with it: tagging, checking for duplicates, moderating, translating. A draft counts when you ask for one, such as a changelog entry. Free includes 50 posts and comments and 5 drafts a month, Pro 2,000 and 100. The AI features that run by themselves are off until an admin turns them on, one by one.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro?
Nothing is deleted or exposed. Private boards stay private, and a custom domain keeps serving. API keys and the MCP server stop answering until the next upgrade, and the AI follows Free's monthly limits. What you can no longer create waits for the next upgrade, and the portal shows “Powered by” again.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Upgrade from your workspace's billing settings, monthly or yearly; payments go through Stripe. Cancel from Stripe's billing portal whenever you like: Pro stays until the end of the period you've paid for. Within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it if you ask. See refunds and cancellations.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free plan has no time limit, so you can set up your boards, portal and widget before paying for anything. Upgrade when you need Pro's features.
