Features
Everything to run your feedback loop
Collect
Give every customer a place to ask, wherever they are, and keep duplicates from piling up.
Public portal
Boards, posts, votes and comments on your workspace's own site, at its subdomain or on your domain.
In-app widget
The portal inside your product, in a frame: feedback, the roadmap and the changelog.
Your users, signed in
Your server signs a short token for the user in your app, or the portal sends people to your own sign-in page.
Guests
Visitors can post without an account, behind a captcha. What they write waits for your review, unless you say otherwise.
Similar posts while typing
As someone types a title, posts that ask the same thing appear, so votes go where they belong.
Screenshots
Images on posts and comments, checked and re-encoded before anyone sees them.
From Slack
A /feedback command and a “Save as feedback” message shortcut turn conversations into posts.
7 languages
Each visitor reads the portal in their browser's language: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch.
Prioritize
See what matters: how many ask, who asks, and what those customers are worth to you.
Boards, statuses and tags
Six statuses, from Open to Completed or Closed, each change with its note and its history. Tags you choose.
Customers and companies
Sync them from your app through the widget's token, or the API on Pro, with typed traits and what each company is worth.
Sort by customer value
Sort any board by the value of the companies behind each post's votes, such as their revenue, or filter by company.
Merge duplicates
Fold a post into another: its votes and comments move to the one that stays, and back if you undo it.
Internal notes
Discuss a post with your team, next to its comments. Notes never reach the portal.
Search and filters
Search, filter by board, status, tag or company, and share any view: its address keeps it.
Moderation
Posts from guests, or with secrets, many links or repeats, wait in Review for approval. Ban whoever abuses it.
Private boardsPro
Boards only your team sees, next to the public ones.
GitHub and Linear
Send a request to where the work happens, and let the post and its issues follow each other.
Issues from posts
Create an issue from a post, with the title and text you confirm, or link one that already exists.
Several repositories and teams
One request can need the web app, the mobile app and the backend: a post links to an issue in each.
Status, both ways
An issue's state moves the post, and a post's status moves its issues. What the sync set is never sent back.
Comments, both ways
Engineers' comments arrive as internal notes. A post's comments go to private repositories and to Linear, and to a public repository only if you say so.
Routing
Rules over boards and tags pick the repository or the team. Where none matches, the AI suggests one. A person or a rule creates the issue, never the AI.
Only what's needed
The GitHub App asks for issues, never for code. An issue carries the request and its votes, never a customer's name or email.
Close the loop
Every status change and release reaches the people who asked, without anyone chasing threads.
Public roadmap
Posts by status, updated as you move them. Hide it, or keep a board off it.
Changelog
Write entries, link the posts they ship, publish now or at a time you pick. Subscribers, and everyone who voted for a linked post, get an email.
Scheduling
Schedule entries on your workspace's time zone; each publishes within a minute of its time.
RSS feed
Your changelog as a feed, for readers and for your own automations.
Notifications
A bell on the portal and in your dashboard, and emails: followers hear of status changes and comments, authors of votes, with news gathered so nobody gets spammed.
Weekly digest
Customers get the week's news on Monday morning, in your workspace's time zone. Turn it off if you like.
AI triage
The AI sorts the inbox; people decide. What runs by itself is off until an admin turns it on, and a draft is written only when someone asks: only then does your content go to the models' makers, TypeSafe AI and Anthropic. It reads 50 posts and comments a month on Free, 2,000 on Pro.
Auto-tagging
New posts get tags from your own list, marked as the AI's.
Duplicate suggestions
Posts that ask for the same thing, found by meaning; an admin merges or dismisses.
AI moderation
Spam and abuse from the portal wait for review. The AI can hold, never delete.
Translation
Each reader has posts and comments in their own language, beside the original and marked as automatic, and can turn it off for themselves.
Changelog drafts
A first draft of an entry from the posts you shipped, for you to edit.
Issue drafts
An issue's title and text from a post, and the repository or team it fits, for you to check before it's created.
Integrations and API
Announce in your team's chat, react to every event, and let your own code and AI agents in.
Slack and Discord
New posts, status changes and changelog entries in the channel you pick. Each connection is one of your plan's integrations, as each GitHub account and Linear workspace is: one on Free, ten on Pro.
Webhooks
22 events, signed with the Standard Webhooks scheme, retried for days, and replayable from a 30-day log.
MCP serverPro
16 tools for Claude and other agents: search, triage, comment and draft the changelog. Nothing deletes or publishes.
REST APIPro
Everything your servers need, described by an OpenAPI 3.1 contract, with cursor pages and idempotency keys.
API keysPro
Read or read-and-write keys with an optional expiry, shown once.
Your brand
A portal that looks like the rest of your product, on your own address.
Logo, color and theme
Your logo and brand color, light or dark, or following each visitor's system.
Custom domainPro
Serve the portal at feedback.yourcompany.com, with its certificate. The old address redirects.
No “Powered by”Pro
Remove our name from your portal.
Addresses that last
Rename your workspace or a post, and the old links still lead to the right place.
Your data
Bring your feedback with you, and take all of it with you whenever you like.
Import from Canny and Nolt
Canny's posts, votes, comments and changelog through its API, or a Nolt board's export, with their original dates.
Import a CSV file
Any tool's export: its columns are matched to the fields by their names, or by the AI if you ask, and you check every match.
A dry run first
See what an import would create, find or refuse before it writes anything. Run it again later to add only what's new.
Export everything
Your whole workspace in a ZIP: posts, comments and notes, votes, customers, the changelog and the images.
Customers' own data
Each customer can download what they wrote, or delete their account, from the portal.
Security and privacy
Built so the wrong person never sees the wrong thing.
Team roles
Owners and admins, invitations that expire, and ownership you can hand over.
Sign-in
Email codes, Google or GitHub for your team; sessions listed and revocable from your account.
Erase a customer
Remove a customer's personal data in one step. What they wrote stays, anonymous.
Private stays private
Internal notes, private boards and held posts never reach the portal or the widget.
Mail done right
One-click unsubscribe in every email, and an address the mail server refuses is never mailed again.

Start hearing what your customers want
Set up your portal in minutes. The Free plan has no time limit, and no card is needed.
